By signing up to FORTUNE51 you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. FORTUNE51 reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that your Alertpay account that you will use to sign up with FORTUNE51 is owed by you.

We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your FORTUNE51 referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join FORTUNE51 in the future.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you can copy and paste them to your site.

If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your membership fee will not be refunded. If we decide to discontinue our service you will not receive a refund of you membership fee.

All personal information is stored in the FORTUNE51 database and will not be sold or given away to third parties.

You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.


These terms may change. You agree to comply with all changes. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated and their membership fee will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

All purchases made through FORTUNE51 are automatically delivered. Premium Membership purchased gives the buyer access to matrix. So, since the product is delivered automatically, the transaction is considered complete and no refunds shall be issued even if requested.


Privacy Policy

We at FORTUNE51, respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, rent, issue or release in any form, your name, user ID, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.

Your e-mail address may be made available to your FORTUNE51 top sponsor.

By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. HOWEVER, removal from the mailing list will mean termination of your account and loss of all credits, downlines, and advertisement, paid or free.
